Florida Crocodile Kills 25 Lb. Off-Leash Dog at Golf Course | People

A long time friend of about ten years now mentioned this while I was at Doggie Doo Run Run this morning.

This was a crocodile attack in South Florida but this could happen if this were an alligator in the Villages.

That's why dogs need to be leashed and kept away from the edge of ponds/lakes.

As per the article,

"There are no plans to relocate or kill the crocodile involved in the dog's death."

Good, the crocodile was only doing what nature intended..........eat.
