I am having a very bad day on TOTV and usually her voice of reason makes sense of it all to me.

I haven't seen her here for several days and I checked, she hasn't been around. I sent her a personal message and didn't get a reply. Does anyone know if she is o.k.?

GG, hopefully she is just having a little sabbatical. Something I try to do from time to time when I'm spending too much time on TOTV. I have to admit, though, I always wonder what I'm missing!

Things get pretty intense in here to be sure. I TRY to stay out of the political but we are all such fountains of information and have had decades of experience it is SO hard not to feel strongly about things. I feel pretty sure I didn't say anything to chase her away. What I love about her is her clear, intelligent, kind, and very articulate take on things. Her lucky family to have her to pour oil on troubled waters. What a great girl, Peachie.

Actually, Sam, now that you remind me ... yes, Peachie did take a trip to Canada. I remember now because we were talking about trying to meet up. She is here for a few days with some friends.

So GG, no worries, she'll be back to TOTV. Just a well deserved rest.

There is a big pile of coloured leaves out back, perhaps she is playing there. I'll go look.

If I knew where Peachie was I'd go join her. She might be able to give me the calmness to my soul that I need now.

You'd love it in Canada this time of the year. The leaves are outstanding.
I think Peachie is taking a trip to Niagara Falls, our local tourist trap.
