Default 2016 Supreme Court Rulings Can We Have A Cogent Discussion?

The Supreme Court will hear these four important cases in 2016.
Feel free to offer your views and/or effects you believer each case will have on this nation. This thread is for grown ups only, trolls need not apply

Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association Can public sector employees be required to join a union?

Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin Is the school's use of race preferences in admissions justified?

Whole Women's Health v. Cole To what consent can a state, in this case Texas, regulate and restrict abortion?

Evenwel v. Abbott What does one person , one vote mean --is it limited to eligible voters or should others count too? (raises questions about how legislative districts must be drawn.

Personal Best Regards:

NO.
NO.
State should decide, not Feds.
One vote should only pertain to American citizens, not incarcerated.
