Default Executive Branch

Does anyone know if the Executive Branch, specifically the office of the President, is required to operate on a budget? Are they allowed unlimited spending for whatever the President desires? I realize there needs to be wiggle room for unforeseen issues, but an unlimited coffer, as small as it may be in regard to our total spending, seems to be a consistent theme in our 19 Trillion+ politically incorrect and inefficient Federal Government.

There has been no "budget" since the day Obama took office. He will use and abuse anything and everything that suits his agenda.

It would be like asking if there is a budget for travel and living costs for Obama and his family. Want it? Think it? do it!

It is our Republican House that is giving him the money to spend, he can't approve a cent. He can shuffle it around which he is doing. Republicans are the big spenders.

You have heard of Google? It will answer a lot of your questions much more accurately than TOTV.

Try "what is the budget for the executive office of the president" in the search box and see what you might learn from sources other than those who believe that either Obama or Bush are evil incarnate.

.....but it is much easier to blame Bush. Obama is always in need of defending. He is the naive little brother that is always getting into trouble, needing big brother to take up for him. He is needy, which makes him a poor leader.

NO!

What the does that have to do with it.

Must be when there are no specific talking points the default is the blame/go to Bush diversion!

Sorry I started this post regarding a budget for the executive branch. As most posts on this forum it has degenerated into a D vs R blame fest. My mistake for assuming politics had the word budget in their vocabulary, as I now understand the proper implementation of a "budget" is only understood by the private sector and responsible individuals.

Clinton signed a raise doubling the presidential salary from $200K to $400K for future presidents.

Expense account: $50K
Travel Acount: $50K
Entertainment Budget: $100K
Unanticipated Needs: $100

$1,376,677,664 estimated expenses during Obama

Obama's Christmas vacation to Hawaii cost the taxpayer $7 million. Some perks are just assumed I guess. Funny thing is that the Obama's expenses are more than UK's Royal family.

Again D vs R. Obviously neither party has to be "reasonable" or follow budgetary constraints in the Executive Branch while spending my (our) D & R money. Good politician ole boys club strikes again!

Why??? Did you also want to know how much it cost for Clinton to stop all air traffic so he could get a haircut?

You are a desperate lad, aren't you?

Talk about a desparate post! The best you can come up with for the topicis a haircut costing some air travellers some time - that happened back in the last century?

Let's fast forward from that to the 21st century when GW Bush cost America over 4,600 American lives and hundreds of thousands traumatically injured physically and mentally.
