Actually a buffoon is someone that says "We have to pass the (health care) bill so that you can find out what's in it". Anyone that thinks this is a statement that any intelligent person would ever say cannot be reasoned with. Even by dumb luck this passed bill that none or only a couple of our "representatives" actually read has any merit, which is definitely is in question, we cannot run our government in this manner.
