I called the VCDD and they're aware of it. No explanation for the low pressure, but it will be fixed.

in the Spanish Springs area at villages of Mira Mesa, Chula Vista etc, The Villages has a contractor replacing all water mains and house connections. 2 Exec courses are closed for weeks. These pipes are less than 30 years old but water supply systems in most cities should last over 100 years. our monthly dues pay for this work. what kind of cheap crap did the original builder use here and maybe in you location also? and you will eventually pay to have replaced?

By "monthly dues", are you referring to the $145/month (+/-) amenities fee? If so, I believe that is a different color of money. A call to your CDD should clarify where the money for the upgrades/repairs is coming from. If you uncover anything please post as I am sure others would like to know. Thanks.
