I seen a commercial that Rooms To Go has a sell on a full room of furniture for $999.00! Close out sell...In that case I will be remodeling the entire house.

Be careful what you purchase at Rooms-To-Go. Their quality leaves a lot to be desired. We have friends that live in the Tampa area in a gated community. They purchased a living room and 2 bed rooms of furniture at Rooms-To-Go. After 3 years, they are looking to replace a couple of pieces in the living room because couch is falling apart and they only live there 6 months out of the year.

Though we tend to shop second hand (craigslist, house sales, and so forth), we felt we needed basics to get into our house and bought LR sectional sofa, DR table & chairs, and master BR bed, dresser, and armoire from the one main Rooms to Go clearance warehouse in Seffner (outside of Tampa). Maybe they have different levels of quality and we selected carefully, but we got extraordinarily good buys and after a year find that the furniture is holding up well. The chain has several clearance centers, but the one warehouse in Seffner is not only huge, it also negotiated freely, and it had the capacity to hold what we bought until we were able to have it delivered. I guess we too would hesitate on their lowest quality in their regular stores selling a whole room full of furniture at $999.... I might add, though, that we were told that Ashley furniture is garbage; however, we bought two end tables through craigslist and they not only look great but are solid and sturdy and are holding up well too.

I bought a living room and dining room set from Rooms to go in Ocala seven years ago and they are still like new. The living set had two recliner sofa type pieces that still recline and are comfortable.
