Salute to Veterans Event 3/31 Polo Fields

My company is hosting a very nice Salute to Veterans event out at the Polo Fields on 3/31. I would like to get the word out as we are starting to take RSVP's for the ceremony. Where do you all suggest that I post so that it's in the correct location?
