Default New Premier Lots

Some pretty large lot premiums on some Premier lots.

Just for the lot $500k to $700k.

We went down to Osceola Hills, but not all the way to Pine Hills. Looks like another road trip.

You pickin' on me, Rubicon? They are beautiful lots and there are people that can afford them. This place has a home for just about all price ranges.

If you are lucky enough to live here in The Villages.

You are lucky enough.

NO. I don't work for the developers. I sincerely, absolutely think this is the most beautiful place in the world to grow old-er.

Gracie sounded jealous to you? Not to me in the least.

My son lives in Palo Alto. I was shocked at the prices out there. Starter homes with no views for a million.
