Can't get my controller to go to program B. I watched a YouTube video on it but mine won't change from program A. Anyone have any ideas?

You didn't say what brand/model you have. I read this for the Hunter Pro-C. It was posted in a forum for sprinkler systems:

"After reading through the ENTIRE manual again, I realized that I had set the program customization feature under hidden features. There, you can set the controller for Limited Mode (1 program/1 start time), which I did after the system was installed.

"FYI, program customization is accessed by holding the "-" button while in Run mode, then turning the dial to SET DAYS TO WATER, then releasing the "-" button. There you choose Limited Mode, Normal Mode or Advanced Mode (3 programs/4 start times)."

Good luck.

In several of the newer sections, when those irrigation boxes were installed, they programmed them to not allow you to use Program B or C. I believe the reason was so people, and I have seen this a lot, don't have their irrigation running on A, B & C and wondering why their bill is sky high.
Follow Champion6's instructions ... he got it right.

OP, what is the answer to your question? I turned my irrigation on again when it was way not raining forever.

Default Watering

We have been watering 2 times per week (unless there is a good rain) for a month. Our grass is green, our neighbors are all brown. We use a reduced amount of time on each zone, however. I think it's a matter of temperature as much as anything. But I'm no expert by a long shot.

Please click on CWGUY's link to water wisdom(post #2). They have a new year-round irrigation schedule. I was not aware of this. CDD Districts 5-11 are to water according to their lot number. When I moved here in 8/07 our sprinkler system was scheduled according to odd# address (Wed and Wed-Sat in summer) and to start at 2:30am. The new schedule says 7pm. Some are to start at 4pm, when the sun is still hot!

I sure wouldn't worry about turning it on this coming weekend.

Default Where is the logic?

My sprinklers can cover my lawn at full pressure , but during the designated hours they do not shoot as far and i have areas that turn brown, especially during tourist season when everybody is here.
Anybody ever been fined for sprinkling on the wrong day?
