How many strikes do you get on this issue before you get a game ejection?

Very true, but, I remember vividly the Democrats beating the issue of GWBs' win to death. It's different when the shoe is on the other foot, AYE!

True

But their bad behavior doesn't mean we should emulate them.

If anyone has read the Donofrio v. Wells case, it is not the "Obama" case. It was concerned with the eligibility of three persons (two of which were Obama and McCain) to be on the ballot in New Jersey. The third person happened to be born in Nicaragua.

So, the case was not so much "Obama" as the press paranoia keeps trying to make it seem, but rather was an indictment on the incompetence of the NJ Secretary of State for not performing "due diligence" regarding the eligibility of persons to be on a ballot at all. In fact, the "McCain" segment was probably the second-strongest legal argument in the case.

Good catch. I as much as most get caught up by the media and how they put things in front of you.
