Hi!
I am considering purchasing a home that is within 1000 feet of the Wastewater Treatment Plant/Facility on Morse Blvd between Bonita Blvd and Odell Circle. The facility is beautifully hidden from view with landscaping. The question is: is there any odor, either of chlorine or waste that can be experienced by people who live within close proximity to the facility?

Yes there are odors and affected by the above.

Knock on a couple of doors there and ask.

It definitely smells nasty in that area at times. If I were you I'd keep looking. There are many great homes available without having to endure that stench.
