We are headed your way for 3 months and was looking to see if I could find, for my wife, the costs associated with joining one of the 3 rec center fitness clubs, or the cost of the Wellness Center's 1 or 3 month memberships?

My opinion is go to the wellness center. They have indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, SHOWERS, massages, facials, all kinds of classes. The best deal I think is called the Matinee membership. It gets you in any weekday after 1:00 and earlier on Sat and Sun. I think we pay about $39 a month for that one. They also have full membership at greater cost or Twilight membership that gets you in after 3:30 ?? for about 30 a month.

On a side note, i see you are from Indiana and Md. I grew up in Elkhart area (18 years ) and then 35 years in Maryland (howard cty).

Thanks for the info, wife will call Wellness Center for additional info. Interesting to see that the cost varied by the time of day of the membership.

Cost varies because mornings are extremely busy. They want people to come during lower volume times. Plus the cheapest plan (twilight after 3:30) only gets you about 4 hours .
