That is their favorite place to give out tickets. See them giving tickets everytime they are there. I'm glad they are catching the speeders. No need to speed. We are retired what is our rush.

Most of the time it's not the locals who get caught. It's usually either people
cutting through or the contractor/subcontractor folk. Guess they just don't get it.

floridagal is right! This is a very popular spot for the "mounties!" Might note, however, that fourpar says, "2 MC deputies," by which I think he means Marion County. This is Sumter County territory!

Another favorite place is on Buena Vista right next to Lake Miona Regional Rec Center.

My sharp eye sees these guys before they see me - I hope! So far, so good - no tickets!

I think he means motorcycle deputies. I saw them last week when I was in TV.
