Seems odd that there are cameras with 20+ megapixels and this photo is as grainy as something shot with a brownie by kodak. Why would you think anyone would be able to guess?????

One of the comments on the video, thought
it was a dead decomposing whale, and that
makes sense to me!
But of course I'm not a marine biologist.

I'm not a marine biologist either, but I have taken a couple of undergrad marine biology and comparative anatomy courses. I would agree that it appears to be the remains of a whale

Maybe that's the whale from when Cosmo Kramer hit the golf balls into the ocean and George Costanza helped the great beast with a golf ball removal. Hey it could be!

Exactly.

I was being facetious.

My intelligent guess is that it is some type of deep sea shark/whale/ray, so badly decomposed as to obfuscate its true identity.

The horns on what looks like a tail, makes me lean toward a large manta or some other type of ray.

Decaying Humpback whale probably from the various comments. This must really stink.

Excellent suggestions. Did you formerly work at the Woodshole Oceanographic Institute?
