Default Neighborhood busting with section 8

Obama’s last act is to force suburbs to be less white and less wealthy | New York Post

"Hillary’s rumored running mate, Housing Secretary Julian Castro, is cooking up a scheme to reallocate funding for Section 8 housing to punish suburbs for being too white and too wealthy.

The scheme involves super-sizing vouchers to help urban poor afford higher rents in pricey areas, such as Westchester County, while assigning them government real-estate agents called “mobility counselors” to secure housing in the exurbs.

Castro plans to launch the Section 8 reboot this fall, even though a similar program tested a few years ago in Dallas has been blamed for shifting violent crime to affluent neighborhoods.

It’s all part of a grand scheme to forcibly desegregate inner cities and integrate the outer suburbs."

We're doomed...3rd world hell hole, here we come!

I agree with them. They should start with their neighborhood in order to set a good example.

Sounds like an excellent idea! They should start with the heavily democrat areas of New York and New Jersey.

I have yet to see even one section 8 housing project that worked. 2 years after being built, they're trashed. That sure isn't the wealthy people's fault.

They want to FORCE landlords to rent to section 8. There goes the neighborhood. Is there no place we can live in peace?

If the wealthy people paid for someone to clean up after the section 8 residents, it would not look so trashed! You can't expect the section 8 residents to take care of someone else's house, "thay jus be livin der foo".

It is those no good wealthy b@stard's fault!

They've been trying to warn us all this time, we shunned them...they were right. America is doomed. Whites will be the minority in 20-30 years.

We already DO pay to clean up where they live. Contracted maintenance at the housing areas.

Can you imagine a whole family grandma, a daughter, her daughter. Living here in Bridgeport. In a rental house. With their daughters VISITING every day with their kids, using the facilities.

I shudder...we must stop them. How many section 8 tenants will they force upon us?

Diversity WILL destroy this nation. We ARE becoming the minority.

Better get ahold of your shorts! There ARE several renters living in The Villages using Section 8 vouchers! They are retired folks whose retirement income did not last and they are trying to survive on $660 per month from SSI.

Even though they cannot afford to buy, they can rent from private landlords by having the rent subsidized by 75 percent - and be able to play golf - maybe in your foursome without you knowing about them being Section 8.
