That is exactly what the article and the party line is supposed to generate.

There is absolutely no doubt what so ever that Obama does not want to deal with the fall out of the lines of questioning that will come to him during a trial. So not now, but later is no coincidence.

Just like the executive priviledge being tossed around the last few days to stop his speech writer from testifying.
