This isn't all that 'near' but is in Ocala - you could try Barbizon - it is near the I-75 exit for Highway 200 in Ocala. I'm not sure if it has NCAA basketball, but I'll bet it does. We have gone there for pay per view boxing, UFC, etc, and it is a huge sports bar. You might also check with Gringo's, the bar inside the Fiesta bowling alley on 441, as I have seen NCAA games on there at times, also.
