Default Sunset Pointe homeowners

We have put a bid on a home in Sunset Pointe. Would love to hear from any forum members who reside in this village.

CT,

I don't live there but go through there a lot to play golf at Heron or eat at Cane. I have always thought that Sunset Point was one of the prettiest and most convenient areas of the Villages. I know and have met lots of nice folks who live there (as you will find anywhere in TV). If the house, location, layout, price, etc meet your criteria, you will love living in Sunset Point.

We stayed in Sunset Pointe during a Lifestyle visit. We thought the neighborhood was great and Cane Garden CC is so close by. I agree with V07 about its convenience to LSL and other parts of TV.

Renting a house in SP this May - Looking forward to the proximity of Cane, LSL etc.

Tough to beat the outside deck at Cane for lunch!

If you're there by then give me a PM and we'll get out for some golf.

I'm living in Sunset Pointe now for 4 years and love it. Close to everything. In fact I think we are right in the middle of TV.

Actually I won't be able to play until Monday the 18th anyway. My daughter and son-in-law are visiting with us the first 3 days.

Too bad, I'm looking to pick up a few games with fellow TOTVers.

Default Thanks for your feedback on Sunset Pointe

We have an agreed-to purchase price on a house in Sunset Pointe and should be new owners by mid-February. This is our first visit to TV and within a very short time we knew this is where we would like to spend our retirement days. We'll only be here part-time in 2009, but plan to be full-time residents in 2010. Hope to meet all of you soon. Both my husband and I are golfers and can't wait to meet other couples.
