My wife & I had to say our last goodbye to the sweetest girl in the world today .Our beautiful Bonyta had to be put down today She turned 14 back in April and we were very lucky to have her in our lives.Sweet dreams & R.I.P our sweet Bonyta!!!

There is a pain and a grief that only pet lovers know when the time comes to part with God's little creature He entrusted to us for awhile. I am so sorry for your loss. I post not because I think it will make anything better for you, but only that you know I and all the good folks above have experienced this painful tragedy. I am heartbroken for you.
I was hoping this wasn't a goodbye to Bonyta; I know how much you loved her.

When I lose a dog, it takes a chunk out of my heart.
I find it helps a bit if I make a little memorial with a candle, a poem, a picture, her collar, etc.
It just makes me feel like I'm honoring her memory.
