Default Inauguration happenings

Does anyone know of any Inauguration activities here in TV? I don't necessarily mean officially planned. How about informal gatherings to watch the events on tv and have a drink???? This is such a historic event, I'd think there might be some celebrating going on somewhere?

Default It's A Proud Moment

Was it just me or did this inauguration put a lump in your throat? And I'm not talking politics. It's times like this that makes me push out my chest and say "Damn, it's great to be an American."

I found it very moving and I shed some tears. Yes, I had a lump in my throat, too. I'm very excited about our new leader - may God Bless and protect him and those serving with him!

F16, I absolutely agree with you. To see the hundreds of thousands of smiling faces was wonderful to behold. God Bless President Obama and God Bless America.

Our youngest son got tickets (via his girlfriend and the Alaskan lottery), so I've been living it vicariously. Wonderful!!
