I was browsing The Villages.com and saw a new neighborhood listed under the name Family.

What surprised me were the prices - a Grandview for the mid-$400s and that I never heard of it.

It is located on 466 and 301 and it looks like all age community.

Is this part of T.V.?

I am totally confused.

Nope. It's a separate family area away from TV. I think it is intended to serve people employed in and around TV who may have kids eligible for the charter schools.
