Default Parkwood Family Neighborhood
A family member is looking at a house in the Parkwood Family Neighborhood off CR 101. Anyone have any thoughts plus or minus about that community? Thanks.

Has it's own pool & club house. Downside not Golf Cart accessible.
Those living here have NO right to Villages events just like any other housing outside TV.
