Paradoxically, the citizens who reap the most in government benefits are generally the ones who can't be bothered to vote.

My feeling is that team Hillary won't generate the the same passion as the first "black" president amongst the beneficiaries.

At least congress won't be so worried about rioting if they impeach Hillary when she attempts to break the law. She won't have that same "racist" advantage Obambie has.
