EU Facts: how much does Britain pay to the EU budget? - Telegraph

This is a fully comprehensive editorial from The Telegraph newspaper in the UK. Very interesting.

The EU needs the UK more than the UK needs the EU. Kind of like how American liberals NEED conservatives more than conservatives need liberals. Liberals are needy and conservatives are self-reliant. Same as the UK versus the EU situation.

Interesting take. Would you consider the UK as socialistic?

Of course, but they are the strength of the EU. They don't lose from leaving, but the EU is losing their economic support. It won't take long for the UK to rebound.

We could drop most of the recipients of welfare and most of them would rebound too. When forced to be self-reliant, most folks can do it. They don't need the government as much as the gov needs us.

Wait for it......let me be the one that throws it out there before a liberal jumps on it. NO, I do not believe that everyone is lazy. There are some that do really need our support because they have useless families that refuse to take care of their own. I said "most" and I believe it to be most, not ALL. With liberals, it is ALL or nothing. If we say that some things are not right, the liberals take that as hate speech and it has to be that we hate ALL.

The "Little Englanders" (individualist) as the elitist in the EU termed them surprise the world by exiting the EU. Some of the British elitist /proponent of remaining in the EU were politicians, academics, big business leaders church leaders and well paid journalists some of whom were given perks and pensions by Brussels

British politicians promised there would be no threat to citizens democracy by joining the European Economic Community in 1975. I N Q1993 the EEC became the European Union which now had its own flag and anthem but capitalized on fiscal diplomatic and legislative power then its own currency; albeit Britain never gave up the pound

I personally have given up getting involved national disputes such as the fall out from the Orlando shooting its a waste of time. here too because in my view money speaks and after a bit of settling in trade etc will return to a normal flow and the British people can now decide their own fate without the interference of bureaucrats from Brussels

Personal Best Regards:

Obama hates this because he has been pushing his European socialism for over seven years and now he is being shown how bad of a failure it is. He must be very humiliated.
