I spoke to the school this morning. There are many kids who start day one without supplies. There are many single parent families that struggle with buying the needed items. If everyone can grab one or two items as you shop the next few weeks, it will make a BIG difference. However, the REALLY NEEDED items are the following. They also should be on sale this week;
Underwear in all sizes, girls and boys. There are potty accidents each day and they run out of these. Socks, all sizes , hand sanitizer, tissue, and plastic pencil boxes.
If anyone prefers to donate a few dollars, you can trust that Marc and I will shop for the requested items and spend wisely.
School starts August 10. Please get supplies or money to us by August 5.

Our Parrot Head Club will be having a fundraiser at Codys in Brownwood Tuesday July 26th starting at 4:00 for our backpack program.
For a $5.00 donation people will get food. There will be raffles and 50/50. Mark Seymour will be the entertainment.
It will be a fun time and will help a lot of the area children.
