Default Buffalo Commuter Plane Crash

Sincere condolence to any of our Buffalo natives who may have had friends or relatives involved in last night's horrible accident. We never know when something like this will strike close to us. I'm sure the thoughts and prayers of millions are with you. God bless.

I echo Muncles thoughts and prayers. I am so sad to hear this news and know that it will have a direct affect on some of our villagers from that area. So awful.

God Bless all.

Yes, we live less then 15 miles from the crash site. We are waiting for the names of those lost to see if we know any of them. Some of the firefighters on scene are friends of mine. It is a sad, sobering day. It could have easily been in our fire district......(I'm a Professional firefighter). My prayers are with all involved.

The crash was just a few miles from home.

Three daughters will leave there tomorrow to visit us here.

I know they'll make it safely. But, when they land, I hope Tampa airport security doesn't overreact when I kiss the pavement.

I am deeply saddened by the crash and loss of lives.

Ironic is that one of the plane passenger deaths was the wife of a 9/11 victim. This accident is a tragedy for many but I think about the family of this woman who is now enduring her death on top of enduring the death of her husband...both in airplane tragedies.

How sad.

Driving one of my best friends to the airport today was very sobering...she was heading back to Upstate NY for a few weeks....

Our prayers went out to all of the passengers and their families. More angels in heaven tonight....
