You have it all wrong. The fence is to keep everyone IN when Hillary starts screeching. Many of the delegates have to get their vote in before her air raid siren starts, so they have to herd them all together and keep them corralled.

Absolutely correct. And something like 35 protesters showed up, and one even attempted to burn a flag and was promptly arrested. I wonder if the Philly police will be as fast to respond, considering how HELLary insulted them with her speaker line up.
