Did she force them?

Are Broadway tickets worth $3k or seeing the Rolling Stones or the Superbowl? You are looking at your discretionary income. Rich people do whatever they want, whenever they want. Read a little.

I was wondering how Dennis Hastert, who was a high school coach before becoming a congressman, could agree to pay $3.5 million to his accuser?

Chi, the typical liberal with his diversion tactic. It must be very embarrassing to have to defend the clintons all the time. At least the right will disavow any criminals on our side. We won't promote them to higher positions.

Actually, I used Hastert as an example, because he was a congressman close by where I lived (Mark Kirk was mine). They all seem to leave office much richer or soon to be much richer. Speaking engagements, lobbying, inside information, whatever.

Another good reason for term limits, like that is ever going to happen. That is like asking congress to take a pay cut. It ain't gonna happen.

Why do you insist on stating the obvious over and over again?

Because most don't seem to realize it...they're planning on voting for one of them.
