As published in today`s Wall Street Journal as the headline story
" Declining business investment is hobbling an already sluggish US economy raising concerns about the economies durability as the presidential campaign heads into its final stretch ." " Economic Growth is now tracking at a 1% rate in 2016 . " " that makes for an annual rate of growth of 2.1% since the end of the recession , the weakest pace of any expansion since 1949 ". |

That's because we have the weakest administration since 1947. Some economists are predicting another recession as early as this year. Hillary wants to repeat what Obie failed at with his shovel ready plan by investing hundreds of billions into infrastructure jobs. Obie failed and lost us almost a trillion bucks from the taxpayer funded stimulus plan. Apparently, Hillary is not very bright and wants to repeat that idea. And you know what they say about someone that continues to repeat an exercise that has failed continuously? Giving Hillary America's checkbook or in this case, credit card would be like taking a drunken sailor into a bar on payday evening.

You also forgot to say, the bush43 administration was the catalyst that started the decline, and Obama corrected it.

If the current administration " corrected it " why has it continued to fall to the lowest level of growth seen since 1949 ? |

Your party has never ventured this far left .If your party had been this far left in 1960 no amount of money could have secured the Nomination for JFK . He was a Goldwater compared to Hillary and the majority of todays Dem operatives . |

OK, I stand corrected. Bush's DEMOCRAT controlled congress was the "catalyst that started the decline" and Obama's democrat controlled congress failed to correct it. Satisfied now that I was a bit more accurate? Because there is ample evidence to support it. And proof that it is not "corrected" as you say is that we have a record low GDP growth. But, who's stickler for details. We should all do like they did at the DNC and raise our hands and shout Hallelujah we're saved, and everything is doing great. And it isn't. The blind have been given that fruity drink and they are drinking it. No one believes that the economy is fixed, other than the ignorant guppies that are hooked by the corrupt leaders.

That's a hard one to argue. If I was a liberal, I would at this time divert to another topic or leave for a pedicure appointment.

Traditionally the Presidential contest isn`t really about capturing the " Hearts and Minds " of the voters .
It`s about the voters wallets . The majority chose the person who they feel will best grow the economy . It`s the same issue that defeated Ford in favor of Carter and took down Carter after only 1 term in favor of Reagan . |

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Causes...reat_Recession The Republicans are trying to do everything they can to repeal Dodd/Frank. You want to throw numbers out there on the slow recovery. Fine. Why don't you throw numbers out there on how deep the recession was? Why don't throw numbers out there on the number of filibusters that Republicans had during the early years of Obama's presidency? Maybe the Republicans fighting everything Obama wanted to do had something to do with the slow recovery. No, that can't be. As far as the blame is concerned, Republicans can't run away from start of the great recession that bottomed out in mid-2009, and throw all the effects of it on the Democrats. But keep trying, it fits you well. |

So, go back to your hole or do some of your own research. Every time I dig up the information, I get the same lame cr@p from you libtards The Republicans lost control of congress two years from Bush's end of his second term. What was employment and the economy like before that? Great, right? Economists said it was considered FULL EMPLOYMENT. Now, Obama brags about his low unemployment but forgets about the record high amount of folks of working age that have quit or are not in the working force Something like one of three working aged adults over 16 years old. 45 million STILL on food stamps, a historic number. In this administration we have never achieved a 3% GDP growth, the first time in history. The first president not have achieved 3% during his two terms. So instead of making excuses for your messiah, you might want to face reality. Hillary said she will continue the same And you know what? Hillary is soooo lazy, she will. |

The naysayers who are trying to deny the facts of the failure of our current economy are also avoiding the doubling of the debt under the rule of " The Anointed One " .
