Cool Trump 'tries' taking on Warren Buffett

This will not end well for Trump.

Trump fires back at the Oracle: 'I don't care much about Warren Buffett' - Yahoo Finance
Quote:

Donald Trump brushed off criticism from billionaire Warren Buffett , telling Fox Business on Tuesday "I don't care much about" the Oracle of Omaha.

The response came a day after Buffett — while campaigning alongside Hillary Clinton in his home state of Nebraska — challenged Trump to release his tax returns and slammed his business record.

In particular, Buffett singled out the 1995 listing of Trump's hotels business in Atlantic City.

"In the next 10 years, the company loses money every year, every single year, and he takes out $44 million in compensation during that period," Buffett said Monday.

"In 1995, when he offered this company, if a monkey had thrown a dart, at the stock page, the monkey on average would've made 150 percent.

But the people that believed in him, who listened to his siren song, ended up losing well over 90 cents on the dollar.

They got back less than a dime."

Trump also attempted to defend his record Tuesday, saying he "did very well in Atlantic City."

"I had great timing, I got out and I made a lot of money in Atlantic City over the years," Trump told the channel. "I took, you know, a lot of money out of Atlantic City, which is what I'm supposed to do. I'm a business person."
Suuuure he did "very well" in Atlantic City.

While leaving the stockholders and those who weren't paid for work and services...holding the bag.

I am also sure that Trump doesn't "care much about" the Oracle of Omaha.

After all, Buffett doesn't go around bragging about how rich he is, doesn't demean women or minorities, doesn't mock handicapped people, doesn't attack the parents of a war hero and most importantly... isn't obviously emotionally ill and unstable.

Watching Trump splat...will be epic.

Your idol Buffett keeps bad company now doesn't he,

Why is Buffet picking on Trump? Trumps tax plan is more beneficial to Buffet then Hillary's.

Never-mind, I forgot that Buffet doesn't put his best interests first. Or that other meathead, Gates he hangs around with.

Oops, facts get in the way again.

Warren Buffett is beating the market again - Apr. 25, 2016

Quote:
Both classes of Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway -- the only for the 1% A shares (BRKA)(do you have $219,000 in loose change in your couch cushions?) and the more affordable B shares (BRKB) -- are up nearly 11% this year, compared to just a 2% gain for the S&P 500.
While 2015 was a down year for Buffett...the same applied to 'the market.'

In fact, you have to go back a long way to find where he did worse than the S&P 500.

Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway has year to forget - Dec. 21, 2015

Quote:
The last time that Berkshire had a down year and underperformed the S&P 500 was all the way back in 1999.

Trying to denigrate Buffett AND Gates, is a sure sign of desperation.

Let's take a look at that 'loser' Buffett and how his investments have done against 'the market.'

Warren Buffet is a D bag. "He doesn't brag how rich he is"...he certainly does brag about his philanthropy...all the while taking every farm incentive he can qualify for. If he has so much money why does he contribute to the nation debt taking farm subsidies? If he is so rich, that he can afford to give away money, why doesn't he give away his own money???

Why does the D bag take tax deductions when filing taxes...

As for his stock performance, you like him so much, put all your money on him (if you have any)...He will appreciate it!

Did Buffet ever pay the couple billion that he owes IRS? Funny how he gets away with "being late" and has to be sued by the gov in order for them to get their taxes from him, being a friend of Obama. And Trump gets audited every year. Who would'a guessed?

Buffett has led the way for getting others in the .1% club to give away most of their fortune to charity upon their deaths.

That people like you conveniently forget that, yet laud people like Trump (who is not nearly as wealthy as he wants others to believe) continually declare bankruptcy to avoid their obligations and stiff the little guy on goods/services...fits very well with the Republican selfish mentality.

As a matter of fact, I have been allocating some of my portfolio to him (B shares of course), for about 20 years now.

His 'buy and hold' philosophy fits very well with my own.

And oh yeah, it's done very well in those 20 years.

If you're talking about the NetJet issue, it wasn't a "couple billion' and was based on a difference of opinion regarding how to account for the 'ticket tax.'

Any intelligent business person (and you can whine all you want, but Buffett is certainly a heck of a lot smarter than most...much less yourself )...would do the exact same thing.

Y'all crack me the he11 up at your whining of someone who has actually proved his business acumen, while making up excuses for a lying, chicken$hit scumbag like Trump...who refuses to show his supposed business expertise.

I call that 'flaming hypocrisy.'

Toodles.

So Buffet is another tax fraud like the Clintons. No wonder he supports them. He feels that with the Clintons in there, he will get away with more tax fraud. I wonder if they have presented him with any souvenirs that they stole from the White House when they left.

He s still in control of the money right? Is there anything to stop him from giving all, or part, of his fortune away PRIOR to his demise? He would never give most of his fortune to his 3 children right before he dies, no matter if they need it or not (just let them starve, or if they are sick and need medical help let them die)...Stupid Cvnt.

I have no idea how wealthy Trump is, or you...My personal experience has been; the wealthiest people are quiet and have no need to brag about their holdings or how much they gave away to charity (Amancio Ortega, Chuck Feeney, Ingvar Kamprad, Larry Ellison). D bag Buffet can't keep his mouth shut, can't stay out of the media.

Yeah sure you have...I get the feeling you only wish you had been wise to invest early in life. Your fascination with "Land of the free ride Obama, no cuts crooked hillary, and give away D bag Buffet" infer you are nothing more than a "Bust out" in life that suffers from wealth envy. You have most likely spent more time looking at that "pig broad" kim kardashian's tits and ass than you have looked at investments.

One thing is for sure D bag Buffet is smarter than you. There is a reason nobody compliments you on your wit, do they? The D bag is talking about giving away money, yours and mine, that he owes in taxes or garnered in subsidies that affect our countries debt, so he can stay in the lime light, and you are too stupid to be offended.

"Difference of opinion" could be used to justify any misdoing, by anyone...including Crooked Hillary, Land of the free ride Obamma, and Trump. You are an idiot!

Living in your empty head, even rent free...is a lonesome proposition.
