Default Robert De Niro Switches to Trump Shocks Hollywood

“Donald Trump is what Americans love. Donald Trump is what Americans aspire to be — rich, powerful, do what you wanna do, say what you wanna say, be how you wanna be,” actor said about Trump’s appeal. “That’s kind of been like the American dream. He looks like a boss to everybody, and Americans love to have a boss.”
Robert Anthony De Niro then clarified his remarks, saying, “Do I think he’s gonna do anything to help poor people or people that’s struggling? No, because he’s a rich white guy.”
He explained Trump’s wealth would make it difficult for the presidential hopeful to “relate to the small guy.”
“He’s always been rich,”
“Being rich don’t make you bad, I ain’t saying that. But I’m just saying, how can he relate?”

Actually, I agree with you for once. I wonder why there were so many Hollywood celebrities at the DNC? No one cares, right?

Any idea of the percent of our population that's considered afflicted? I don't know but they are probably mostly grouped in D.C.

I do not see Trump helping anyone but his Muslim friends, rich friends on Wall Street, the military-industrial complex, and maybe any creatures that thrive in water, air, and soil pollution.

Your welcome!

Muslim friends? Well that proves you are out of touch, or have been touched or something.

Don't try to think so hard. I think I noticed some smoke coming out of my computer when I read your comment. Better check with your IT person.

1. From where did these quotes come?

2. I can find absolutely nothing showing de Niro has changed in his support of the DNC and Clinton.

3. where does he say even one thing remotely positive about Trump in these quotes? Sounds like wishful thinking on someone's part.

I will say that I think it is a shame when ANYONE chooses a candidate because of whom supports that candidate. I love de Niro, Heston, John Wayne. I wouldn't follow the advice of any of them when it comes to MY political beliefs.

I agree. His masculine self likes Trump but his brain supports Democrats.

Brains in Hollywood? I believe that is giving them a bit of undeserving credit.
