Not only has Clinton had a decrease in voter turnout of 20%, but she now has Burnit's voters going to the Green party or Johnson. She is finished. I have very little experience when it comes to betting. I've been to racetracks, placed bets and watched on the tote board as the odds change.

How does it work on that site? If I bet 100 on Trump will I win 300 if i bet today? Or if the odds change, like in a horse race would my winnings change to what they are before they close all bets?

Bets are locked in at time of bet. It might be technically illegal for Americans.
