Default To debate or not to debate

From Politico. .....

Donald Trump wants to debate Hillary Clinton “very badly,” but the Republican presidential nominee on Tuesday said he has “to see the conditions” before fully committing to it.

Trump’s wavering comes amid increasing concern that the often erratic political outsider could forgo his chances to spar with Clinton on the national stage, breaking a historic precedent. Clinton’s campaign issued a pre-emptive rebuke, accusing Trump of engaging in “shenanigans” and possibly “toying” with the media to create drama.

So? Is he not allowed to question how the liberal media and the left stacks the deck? If he was that gullible to believe that the left is going to be honest, then he shouldn't be dealing with our enemies as president.

I think he's setting the table to skip the debates. He has voiced concern not only about the moderators but even the NFL schedule. It's like a boxer who sets implausible conditions before he'll face an opponent that he doesn't want to fight.

He didn't just voice concern over the NFL, Trump said they contacted him. They said they never contacted him. Who knows what will happen?

The guy could not debate a second grader, he is looking for any out. His debating in the primary was calling names and making up stories. He is toast.

My dad used to work for one of the powerful mass TV news programs. We watch the show and want to assume it is FAIR NON-BIASED NEWS.

It is in fact a controlled theatrical presentation. The person being interviewed gets the questions in advance.
We all saw PALIN crash on the rocks at the Corrick interview. The failure was not Palin but McCains campaign manager-a wall street guy with no political experience.
For OBAMA it was an open book test. They insisted on having the questions AND THEY HAD THEM. The manager allowed PALIN to walk into a surprise exam. That UNFAIR stupid act cost McCaine the election and built a SHORT TERM career for Corric-who later herself crashed on the rocks.

The debates will be very important. The CLINTONS have so many skeletons in their history that TRUMP will have no shortage of material.
TRUMP is good at non scripted debate but he needs to be careful to get as much out as possible without seeming to be a BULLY. Hilly has to be careful not to play the POOR LITTLE WOMAN ROLE that she has done with success in the past for then the question is can she be president.

Actually NEITHER can deliver what they promise because either will inherit our THANKS TO OBAMA divided population along RACE and SUCCESS ENVY. Oh and if the job is not impossible enough, OBAMA WILL LEAVE A TEN TRILLION DOLLAR OVERDRAFT ON THE DESK.

Let's face it, McCain lost the election because he picked a ditzy, air head for a running mate. Just imagine her as president. She is just fodder for comedy central. WHAT was he thinking? Lost my vote.

It's ALL a theatrical presentation...as they steal from us.

It's more than obvious, that he is scared $hitless to debate her.

Trump does not need to waste his time debating her. Every day more information and evidence comes out that she is a scumbag criminal. If you beat this stuff into liberal heads enough, even they will eventually realize that they are backing a loser. As corrupt as the Clintons are, I find it pretty funny that liberals can disparage law enforcement. Anyone voting for her is an accessory after the fact to her crimes. They are knowingly aiding and abetting a felon.

He would have her coughing, choking and falling off her soap box.

Or does anybody think it is because she is such an effective debater...

Default Step One - He needs to learn HOW to debate

As has been stated many times by posters here by Independents, Democrats, and Republicans: Mr T. doesn't know how to debate. He showed for several months that his idea is to shout loudly, shut others off, insult them, call them cutsey names, and in general absolutely refuse to come up with a cogent message beyond "Trust Me." and "I'll gather the best people available." His most recent delivery of his economic plans was more a recital of what had been put forward by others that he had insulted and bullied off the stage just a few short months ago.

If forced to participate in a real debate, Mr. T would go down in flames.
