We visited TV in March '07 and had a real estate agent take us around to see new models in Hadley. We are coming back in April - to look around. We will be staying in Orlando and will make day trips over. Any advice on how to get more familiarized with TV would be appreciated. We plan on doing a Lifestyle visit next year.

Sounds like a good plan. Sounds like what I did.
We got a good deal on a FSBO.
We bought in 2004 when prices were on the rise and I can still sell for a small profit if I'd wish to.
Look at the ads in the paper and don't prejudge anything !
There are many diamonds in the rough.

Take the trolley ride. Drive Morse Blvd from 441/27 in the North to 466A in the South. Buy a map at the Mercantile store. Eat at Cane Garden, the Lighthouse and Toojays. Stay long enough in the evening to dance. Talk to everyone. Stop by our house. PM me.
