So your for people coming to the United States, getting jobs working with the public and not learning the language is okay ? Working in a kitchen is one thing, but driving a cab is another as far as I'm concerned.

This is part of the SLOW changes that will take place as "they" the minorities, begin to be the majority. I bet they already are in NYC. You'll see more and more benefits for "them" and not "us" as THEY gain political power.

I drove a cab in The City & in New Jersey. Everybody understands money and the ones who act like they don't understand are doing it because they don't want to speak to you because they see you as less than human.

The next step will be to declare it illegal for a cab driver in NY City to speak English .
