Default Lousiana Flood Victims Demand More Federal $$$$

So let`s see I live in a recognized Flood Plain . I have turned down the opportunity to purchase Federal Flood Insurance .

My home gets destroyed in a massive flood .

The Federal Government says " Even though you rejected the purchase of Flood Insurance . Your fellow Americans will offer you up to $33,000 to help you out through FEMA ".

You say " that`s not fair you owe us more . We are entitled to more . There should be no cap on federal money because we are victims . Shame on you . "

Do you agree with them ?

So typical. Gimme, gimme, gimme. No personal responsibility for building or rebuilding on a flood plain. No taking responsibility for flood insurance. No gratitude for the $$$ fellow citizens are GIVING them. Just gimme, gimme, gimme. I imagine they believe they are "entitled" to it

OB will show up there soon and promise them all more money because instead of paying for the available Federal Flood Insurance they opted to spend their money on " fun stuff ". Nothing easier to give away than other people`s money !

Not to worry, your taxes will not go up. The bill for this spending will go directly to your grandchildren. Not many people really care so that is the route the country always takes. That is where the votes are. IMO

Yup...they "borrow" $1.5 TRILLION each year to give away.

They also "roll over" (re-borrow) all the previous debt that comes due.

This country is literally bankrupt, only kept alive by greater fools willing to lend us more "money".

That's the beauty of fiat currencies...they have no value, they can be borrowed and printed at will. It's quite the system. "Money" is nothing but numbers on a computer screen and printed pieces of paper.

Add fractional reserve banking that depends on growth, and you have a disaster in the making.
