Colin Powell did NOT use a personal email server or private commercial email account for State Dept business, period. Powell did NOT use an unclassified system to transmit Classified information, period. I know because I know the equipment he used when he traveled for his communications purposes. He always-ALWAYS used a closed and encrypted gov. system for his business communications. The encryption key was changed EVERYDAY. Powell used a private email account for his private, personal emails. We were not allowed to use the gov system email account for private, personal emails. The encrypted CLASSIFIED gov servers are in a restricted area that is guarded 24/7 and there is NO way that classified can be transmitted on an unclassified system UNLESS someone physically moves the classified information by some form of media from the classified system to the unclassified system in another part of the building. Federal Law stipulates exactly how classified information is stored and how it can legally be handled. Hillary purposely mishandled classified gov information for her own personal purposes, putting national security at great risk and secret operatives, sources of information and secret movements at risk. This is not a minor incident. This is a major crime(s) and she should have been incarcerated a long time ago. Anyone that has ever worked for the gov involving classified information knows exactly how serious Hillary's actions and negligence really is. Using her private server to transmit and receive basic gov business is a violation of rules, punishable by firing of that employee. Using an unclassified system, owned and operated by the government to transmit CLASSIFIED information is a felony, punishable by imprisonment and fine. There is no intent required for this crime, but it is impossible for someone to "accidentally" transmit classified information on an open Internet system.

And yes, I did work for Powell when he was Secstate, so I know how technical savvy he was. He made a lot of significant improvements to our StateDept systems.

I do not think the average clinton supporter understands how the country was and still is compromised by clintons irresponsible email use. Secretary of state communications should be as guarded as a mafia cappo.
