Two Easters ago I got a wonderful Ham for about a dollar a pound there. You just have to pick and choose. The things they offer change and sometimes they are great and sometimes not so great.

I often forget it is there. I like Publix and I like Walmart for some things too. I love to grocery shop. I like to prepare food for people I love.

Trailwinds is the multi purpose development currently under construction on 466A, west of Buena Vista, across from Pinellas Plaza. It will also have a Lowe's home improvement store.

It's off 466 A where Lowes will be going. I believe there will also be an ABC liquor store, gas station, etc.

I also disagree. Some products are superior to Publix. ALL prices are far superior to Publix.

I love Publix but Aldi has some great products at a great price. I have shopped Aldi fo several years. Always have been satisfied. Glad one is coming to your area.

I love Aldis. I feel that some of my friends look down on me because I shop there but.....I smile all the way to the bank. I get sticker shock when I go into Publix or Winn Dixie.....only shop their meat sales. The guy who owns Aldis is the brother of Trader Joe's owner. Aldis even beats Wal-Marts prices. Every little savings adds up.....more happy hour drinks!!

We love Aldi. Great imported German chocolate. High end cheeses and unique seasonal items. Never had a substandard product there. Can't wait!

I don't like the snotty welfare comment. Many people shop there to get the best bang for their buck. My discerning DIL shops there and finds many products that are as quality as name brand products at much higher prices elsewhere. Two educated people with good salaries; hardly a welfare couple.

I will be checking them out when they arrive.
