Default Handyman information

Just a silly question.

Trying to find out what the approximate hourly wage would be for a general handyman for some light work.

Not looking for someone for A/C work or that type but for something like putting up shelves in the garage, etc.

Curious as to what your thoughts are and/or your actual experiences.

Thanks.

I charge $25 an hour, with a minimum of $50 per visit. I learned after traveling from.Brownwood to villas in Calumet Grove to swap out smoke detector batteries, that a $25 an charge was not practical.

Hi, in the Sun paper, look for Action Jackson and also Tim Cox. I cannot give rates, it is up to them on the job and the time available so it would not be right for me to specify the fees.
Good luck, both of the above are great guys.
