Default The Villages Customer Service Center.

Village Community Development Districts

The address for this-- 984 Old Mill Run-- is not visible from the street as far as I could tell. It's in the second floor above Starbucks and maybe Johnny Rockets accessible through stairs and an elevator across Starbucks in the walkway that has some benches and the like.

Nice people in there as I was doing some personal business.

Usually people just call to find out where they are but I just did a lot of walking and by the process of elimination got to the right door.

The Sumter Landing Web-cam would be about directly above where the office I was visiting yesterday as I could see the clock tower right across and down from the window.

Good for you, Tal. When they first moved there, I couldn't find it at all. Had to call them a few times. I think they put a sign by the parking lot, finally. I sure miss the old building where I'd park in front and hop in to do my business. But things are changing daily here in TV, aren't they.

The old place was very easy to find. I did get to say Hi to a cute woman with a 12 foot stick. She was dusting. I had some very strange dreams last night.

Go into the hallway that is next to Starbucks, in fact there is a window into Starbucks. Opposite of Starbucks in the hallway is a set of double doors with glass inserts. If you look through the doors you'll see stairs and an elevator, that will take you to their offices upstairs.

The supervisor, I don't know her name, has an office that actually sticks out or cantilevers out over the sidewalk below. She has a great view of the square and the web camera is about 20' over from her office. On the sidewalk below hundreds of people walk under her office everyday and don't even know it.

Default Hard to find!

Have to laugh at this thread. I needed to find this office last week and couldn't. Asked some Village EMTs who happened to be on the sidewalk, and they didn't know where it was either. Finally stumbled on it...nice staff!

They do have very nice staff. I checked every stair to a second floor before just wandering into hallway near Starbucks. I thought it had to be somewhere above there because of the address.

They need a sign of some kind in the street area of Old Mill Run saying that the entrance to 984 is in that alleyway.
