Default Pest Control

Does everyone need it, and is it expensive/ like every month cost? Is it in the 100$s of dollars?

Yes, yes and yes.
Unless you really like bugs and ants.

Some do their own pest control. Otherwise, I'd say it is highly needed, both for indoors and lawns. It is usually done with an annual contract, usuallly between $300-500/year. You can just hire a company to do one-shot treatments when needed.

We have a new house and recently signed up with Falcon to do our indoor/outdoor pest control and lawn and shrub fertilizing. We have a quarter acre yard and the cost is $750 a year.

Thanks. Wish there was a list of things to do for people when and before moving in.

I believe we asked our realtor (Villages) to itemize exactly what we needed in order to live here. She was spot on.
