As a result of the PA voter re-count, Hillary has picked up five(5) more votes. Those dam*, cheatin' puglicans!!!

This makes my point about having a popular vote. If this recount was done again, we might see that Trump picks up 7 votes or that Hillary picks up 5 more.

Imagine recounting the entire country multiple times because that it what would happen if we went by popular vote.
