Trips are good, but they spend the first half hour reading a list of all their upcoming trips....after they hand you a printed list of all their upcoming trips. I find it annoying because: 1) I can read and 2) I'm usually with a friend or spouse and trying to have a conversation. The speaker is so loud a conversation with the person next to you is difficult. It wouldn't stop me from using them again, but hope they read this post!
