Bob Carroll, first face of KOLO News, honored for 60 years in broadcasting

This was one of my neighbors in Reno, Nevada. He lived up the street with his elementary school teacher wife-- who I took for 5th grade-- and his daughters.

Been doing a lot of digging into my biography of late from here in the Villages.

Any neighbors of yours from past places that you would like to talk about? We had someone who became a US Air Force General at the Pentagon living a few doors to the south. He was a National Guard pilot/lawyer/law professor too at that time and may have also taught high school civics.
