Yeah...used to be a Fox junkie, but in recent years hers was the only show on there to watch.

Fox is NOT where you go for "balance" at all, but I think she tried to present both sides, which Fox has put to a complete stop.

PS..I posted this about 45 minutes ago, and feel compelled to add that my comments relative to the "balance" of Fox. My comments are not aimed at NEWS SHOWS, but the commentary shows. While some delight in attacking all MSM, I do not share that view. News is news. We share a responsibity to enrich our understanding in a way we choose. I do not believe news broadcasts have any responsibility except to report honestly, I think they all do. Fox News is great, as are the others. My comments did not refer to broadcast of news.

Those who simply carp on MSM do themselves and people who hear them a disservice, and with such a generalization actually sell themselves short.

None of my business here since the question was asked of CHI, but also asking Chi to comment on the link below, and specifically ask if the "redlining" still actually exists..obviously not openly.

MK began the Election cycle pounding on HRC night after night . However as it became contract renewal negotiating time she began to pander to the Left in search of a new deal in the $20MM range .

For those Accounting and Finance experts on this site . One single " M " is the accepted nomenclature for thousands and " MM " means 6 zeros hence $20MM means $20 Million . In the popular press and print media " M" means Millions .

Now for those insightful Trump income tax lessons from our fellow Posters / experts on this site .

To answer you and GG......I wish I had the answer. I grew up in
Chicago, attended a parochial school, and enjoyed the benefits of living in a big city. Of course, there were certain neighborhoods that were taboo....drugs, crime, violence, etc. just like today. But that wasn't headline news back then. And the weapons were cruder and less deadly. The police turned their backs on gang crime. And just like today it was a safe and clean city with the aforementioned exceptions.

Redlinig was common but less so today. As I look back on what I just wrote it disturbs me that so many of the conditions back then still exist today. I wish there were an answer.

I agree. Never did like her. But, every network needs its token liberal. She had a lot in common with obie. They both like to star at their mirror reflection.

I have the answer...well the reason...minorities.

You went to a "white" private school...and yet you tout the benefits of diversity? You have NO IDEA what it's like to go to a school with a large minority population. How girls are taunted if they won't "hook up" with a black guy. They're called racist, harassed, picked on, ganged up on. The black girls like it when a white girl gets abused by the "brotha's". It's their way of "getting even" with whites.

And WHO lived in those "forbidden" neighborhoods then..and now? "Those neighborhoods" are growing, they're expanding, more and more is unsafe. Those neighborhoods are violent and dangerous BECAUSE they're filled with black people...plain and simple...lots of black people = violent and dangerous...always.

Redlining is illegal today...Clinton signed the law. So now the banks MUST loan money in neighborhoods where the real property value is $0. Property on MLK Blvd isn't worth $0.02. But the banks MUST make the loan even though it'll never get paid.

Of course the conditions still exhist today...THEY still exist today. It's THEM...THEY are the problem. You want to make a place better? Get rid of the minorities. There is your answer. You make Chicago better by removing the minorities and moving in white people. Why is this so difficult for you?

No minorities = a wonderful place to live.

Lots of minorities = a sh!tty place to live.

Those simple formulas work EVERY time. Disprove it if you don't believe me.

THAT is your answer.

I watch more Fox than others, but I flip thru all of them bias or not.

But Twitter too.

She will now speak her mind on Trump I'm sure, nice part is she'll be on daytime, I'm not watching then.

Also she said, it's to spend more time with her kids.

Really then why work daytime?

It's $$ or she was fired

No loss to FOX. I never watched her because she had a typical liberal snarkiness about her.

She's just another ignorant, emotional, opinionated, woman.
