I don't even know if they're good. The only one I knew of was over by Bargains and Treasures and it's been awhile since I've been over that way so they may not still be there.

You can try Evans Shoe Repair in Leesburg. Just east of N. 14th on Main Street.

That's the one! I think it's called "All About Feet." I hope it is still there. It's my go-to place for comfortable shoes.

Tony, who I think is the owner, has fit my poor old feet in walking shoes that feel great. The store carries those brands that are a little more expensive than some but can make such a difference..........for those of us who have reached a certain age and have quite a few miles on our feet. You know what they say -- when your feet hurt, you hurt all over.

Anyway, I am so glad I found Tony at that store up there by Bargains and Treasures. He knows what he is doing. He fit just one of the pair of walking shoes with a little orthotic that makes a huge difference. I guess I must be a little lopsided and nobody ever fixed it before.

And he repaired Mr. Boomer's loafers, too.........Uh, oh......I think that's the only thing the OP asked about.......yeah.......I know......he asked for the time and I built him a clock.

Don't be disappointed if your shoes can't be resoled or heeled, repairable shoes are becoming a thing of the past....most are throw aways. They also deteriorate faster down here.
