For the St Petersburg or Clearwater area. My Brother had a place rented for the month of February and he was just notified that the deal fell thru. It's a long story and I won't bore anyone with it but we are reaching out for any contacts who may have something available for February or March.

We stayed at some beautiful reasonable condos in St Pete Beach for Thanksgiving week. Not sure how affordable a month rental would be though?? The name of them was Sunrise Resort if you Google them on TripAdvisor you can get all their info and see they have very high ratings.
