I am wondering if any one knows if there is to be a fitness facility similar to the one at Colony Rec Center at the new Seabreeze center?

Yes, Seabreeze will have one like Colony. We inquired and were told it would. Right now will use Colony as it is close to us in Bonita. When Seabreeze opens will go there, as it will be closer.

This is interesting. Perhaps TV management does monitor TOTV for feedback. No too long ago there was a thread where a number of people complained about the lack (or at least the crowdedness) of the existing three rec-based centers. Since Seabreeze is reasonably close to Colony, I figured that if they were using their normal formula for fitness center distribution that Seabreeze would not have a center. This is good news.

I was also told that the Seabreeze gym would be the biggest of them so far.

This is great news, I too, figured that its proximity to Colony Cottage would make it less possible. I have another reason to be happy to have bought in Duval.
