Fresenius Dialysis Clinic

I read a news piece several months ago about Fresenius and TV. I don't remember the details but we are interested in knowing the status. My brother visits from Nashville occasionally - requires dialysis - and is under contract with that clinic. We drove to Ocala the last time he was here.

Does anyone know the current status?
